Find a flexible tape measure that you can measure your chest, your waist, your hip, and your inseam. It is also helpful to know your overall height. Here are a few key tips for measuring your scrubs fit:
Chest: Exhale, then measure under your arms, all the way around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Keep the tape loose and measure all the way around your natural waistline.
Hip: Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure all the way around the fullest part of your body
Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg
