A : Affordable Uniforms has five retail stores located throughout Ohio. We also have an onsite sales division which travels throughout the Midwest. Q : When can I expect my order?
A : Allow 7-10 business days for all in-stock items to be received by customers. If you order more than one manufacture your order will arrive in separate boxes and may arrive on separate days.

Q : How long after placing my order before I receive confirmation?
A : When ordering through our web site, you should receive a conformation email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Q : I have a problem with my order. What are your return/exchange policies?

Q : What methods of payment does your online store accept?
A : Our store currently accepts Discover Card, Mastercard, American Express and Visa.

Q : What method of shipping does your online store use?
A : Affordable Uniforms ships using UPS and Fed Ex. We provide tracking to all customers upon request. If the customer disputes delivery, Affordable Uniforms will provide proper delivery tracking information. If the delivery tracking states delivery was made to the shipping address provided by the customer, customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery, even in the event that the customer did not sign for the package.

Q : Do you ship international orders?
A : Currently, we only ship to the US. However, if you would like your order shipped to a different country other than the US please put the items that you would like to purchase in your shopping cart and then click on “Save” to save your order. Then, contact us so that we can provide you with a shipping cost for your order.

Q : How do I use a discount code?
A : If you have been given a discount code, simply enter it into the “Discount Code” box in your shopping cart and then click on “Update” to see the amount discounted from your order. Then, simply checkout as you usually would and you will see your total at the last step of checkout before you click on “Complete” to process your order.

A : Yes. Affuniforms.com is protected by Verisign and Hackersafe, two of the world’s leading security and virus protection software companies today. Affuniforms.com is tested daily for any viruses or hackers trying to infiltrate our system. We do not ask for any personal information such as birth date or Social Security, we only ask for name, email, and address. Affordable Uniforms does not store any credit card information to protect buyers against internet fraud and will never disclose your information to any third parties.

Q : What is the best way to search for products?
A : There are a couple different ways to search for products. You can search by department or by specific type of uniform (i.e. shoes, scrubs pants, etc.). If you are unable to find what you are looking for you can also type a description or the name of your product in the search box at the top right of Affuniforms.com.
